Our agreement with you, clearly defined.

1. Custom-Made Products
All our products are made-to-order using 3D printing technology.
Once production starts, the design cannot be changed or cancelled.

2. Order Processing & Timeline

• Most products are produced within 24–48 hours

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days

• Delays due to weather, transport, or external factors will be communicated

3. Payments

• We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash

• Full payment must be made before delivery (except COD)

• Prices include applicable taxes

4. Returns & Replacements

• Since items are custom-made, returns are not accepted

• If the item arrives damaged or faulty, we offer free replacement within 3 days of delivery

• Proof of damage must be provided (photo/video)

5. Intellectual Property

• Designs shared by customers are kept private and used only for their specific order

• VizU reserves the right to showcase final products on its platforms (unless requested not to)

6. Product Disclaimer
3D-printed items may have slight texture lines due to the nature of the process.
We ensure quality control, but minor visual variations are normal and not defects.
