🛍️ 1. Orders & Fulfillment

• All products are made-to-order using 3D printing and may take up to 24 hours for production.

• Custom designs once confirmed cannot be canceled or changed.

💳 2. Payments

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfers.

• COD orders include an additional Rs 100 handling charge.

📦 3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery within Pakistan typically takes 2–5 working days.

• We are not responsible for courier delays once the product is dispatched.

🔁 4. Return & Exchange

• Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or incorrect items, reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

• Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• All designs, product models, and visuals are the property of VizU.

• Copying, reselling, or reproducing our designs without permission is strictly prohibited.
