We make things just for you — here’s how we handle returns.

1. No Returns on Custom Orders
All VizU products are custom-made using 3D printing. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns based on change of mind, color choice, or design preference.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery

• Share clear photos or video of the issue

• We will assess and offer a free replacement if eligible

3. Replacement Process
Once your claim is approved:

• A replacement product will be printed and shipped

• No return of the original product is required (unless requested)

• No additional charges will apply

4. What’s Not Covered
We do not offer replacement for:

• Normal 3D print textures or layer lines

• Damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery

• Incorrect size or selection made during order (unless our mistake)
